I remember caps being louder than that. Do you remember the smell ??? Awesome.

Lucky bugger!! Do the caps still come in little round cardboard packs and smell the same as they used to?

Big kid, can I have a go ? Please.

Keep your powder dry Mike. And your caps!

Envious? No. But I live in the Isle of Man.. I ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š

What exactly is the purpose of that work (might I ask)?

To be honest I thank my lucky stars that I had sold my s+W semi auto pistol and my revolvers Before all this madness I hate to see beauty like the revolver bastardised Now I know Mike does a good job heโ€™s a nice fella And I know that the 2 occasions when a loon went on the rampage Caused a knee jerk reaction, but instead of picking on law abiding Citizens think Car. Drivers kill more people per year than gun owners in the Uk ever did , but the government wonโ€™t do bugger all as they would. Loose the revenue!!!

Smith & Wesson Model 19/4
Now restricted for humane dispatch.

I take a great deal of pride and care when restricting Section5 firearms, I've seen some real butchers attack revolvers recently.

Can confirm Mikeโ€™s work is second to none.

Nice job Mike, my new toy?๐Ÿ˜œ

Itโ€™s a shame to see them filled :0( but when the law requires it. Thatโ€™s a smashing job, nice and tidy Mike ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Nice workmanship.

Having seen one of yours close up Mike, they really are impressive, well done. I have given up trying to explain the rules for humane dispatch to my american friends, they cannot get their heads round it,quite honestly nor can I!

Nice work as usual Mike ๐Ÿ‘

another spectacular job, well done mike ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Neat job you done there ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

If itโ€™s a good as the one that Mike sold me last year then itโ€™ll be top notch work.

Please help me with this survey to win a prize.

I'd like to know what percentage of you noticed the "m t g" in my logo?

I am thinking of slightly modifying the logo to pick out the letters "m t g" (signifying MikeTheGun) with a different colour.

For all those who take part in the survey, I will put your names in a hat, and the winner will get a MikeTheGun mug and stickers.

Please let me know with "YES" for you did notice the letters in the logo, and "NO" if you didn't until now.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Congratulations to Jonathan Cawthorne who won the MikeTheGun mug and stickers! Thank you to everybody for helping me with my survey.

I would leave it as is, first rule of marketing is to make the consumer work out something others havenโ€™t and that makes them feel special and your logo memorable. If you make your logo or message easy to understand then itโ€™s easy to forget.

Spotted it first time I saw it Mike, bit of colour or even shading might help it stand out a little more but on the whole its pretty damn creative and subtle

I new Carl would say yes, anything for a mug

Yes but I have had the shirt for a while ๐Ÿ™‚

Nope - didn't spot it until you pointed it out - but then you know from my shooting ability my eye sight isn't that good!

YES. But changing the colour slightly would make it stand out even better ๐Ÿ‘

MTG needs to be in a different colour to stand out more i would say mate

No, but instead of colour why not try shading in different patterns?

NO not at the first glance, also a pistol as a gunsmith's logo instantly makes me think it is not a UK business

No, color change would be good๐Ÿ‘

I noticed straight away, the initials imho would be better served either with a effect or pattern or highlighted with a colour

If this is on your van again I think reverse the colour silver or graphite and the outline in black will pop out better on the mtg mate.

I didn't upon first glance. Now that you've brought it to my attention, it is quite creative! Don't change a thing-it's rather subliminal!

Yes, but do it in Red, White and Blue.

and as the status said answer yes or no and iโ€™m the only one who followed the rules i must be the winner lol

Yes, not sure a colour would look to good to be honest.

I'm getting on Mike eyes are not what they used to be ๐Ÿ˜ณ Logo you say ๐Ÿ˜‰

Nope. Not sure you need it in there though, if the logo contains the ring with the web address...

Yes but not straight away.. Highlight with a colour will stand out more

I would of noticed it, deco needs to be a different colour!

Mike. The M could be in a wood effect ot pearl as the grip. I would modify the tail of the t to be a trigger and have it gold. The g can be a contrast to the barrel. Or similar to the grip. .

Yes. It all depends on what you want people to focus on, your name or what you do? Since your name and contact details can be looked up I'd say the most important detail would be that you are a gunsmith.

Yes but would be better with a different colour

yes... first thing I noticed to be fair!

This gun went to another "Gunsmith" for repair before I saw it, and they didn't notice this striker return spring was broken into eight pieces!

That wasn't the only problem, but if they didn't notice this, there wasn't much chance of them finding the other problems!

Have your gun serviced regularly.

Oil and grease mixes with water and attracts dust, lead and burnt powder etc to make a grinding paste in the action of your gun!

Don't subject your gun to premature wear.
